Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Astra Techz, we take great pride in the quality and reliability of our services. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy.
- Cancellation: All cancellations must be requested in writing and received by Astra Techz within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a fee to cover the costs of work already performed.
- Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. In exceptional cases, at the discretion of Astra Techz, partial refunds may be considered.
- No Refunds for Completed Work: Once a project has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
